Description

Being a mom coach means being on your own alot. It's the text book definition of being a solopreneur. We hunker down into our home offices, not disturbed for the most part. Other than coaching our clients and maybe recording podcasts we don't really talk to other adults as much as we might have during our pre-becoming a coach days. Loneliness has many layers and we're going to peel some of them back today to get the soft, nougat middle where vulnerability, and relatability lives. You're not alone in this.

In this week’s podcast episode you’ll hear:

The pros and cons of not working in a team atmosphere anymore.

Having self-awareness around your social needs and remembering what attracted you to the lifestyle of being a mom coach in the first place.

How to recreate the environment of working in an office and having coworkers. Coming up with a plan. Hiring a va, hiring a coach. Coming up with offers. Seeing creating clients creates an opportunity to be social. Bum around - get out there and connect with humans in the present moment. Work on being a friend.

Allowing this feeling as an opportunity to empathize with your clients. How would you coach them through this? What business ideas might this spark and bring you back to the heart of your decision to become a mom coach
