We live in an era of breaking barriers. Men and women everywhere are taking on jobs that 20 years ago they never might have considered. Our guest on the podcast today is Sam Gubera. At 27 years old, she has already established herself as an elite level farrier. A Farrier is a craftsman, or woman, who trims and shoes the hooves of horses. It's not a job most people think much about when it comes to working with horses, but is an important job nonetheless. Today Sam talks to us about what it means to be a farrier, and how she broke into a field once dominated by men and taken it by storm.
