Description

Telomeres are a fairly recent discovery within our DNA, and the length of these tiny wick-like structures can actually be measured. It turns out that the longer your telomeres are, the slower you age.

Dr. Martin shares insights from a study involving over 4000 women which showed that those who slept less than six hours a night had telomeres 12% shorter than women who slept more than six hours. Getting proper sleep is so important to our overall health!

Join Dr. Martin as he emphasizes the significance of sleep, exercise, and nutrition in maintaining health and extending our telomeres.
