On Wednesday, March 26, the Law & Economics Center held a roundtable on Third Party Litigation Financing & Litigation Transparency, discussing transparency in our civil justice system, especially when it comes to third party litigation financing (TPLF)—an increasingly used and similarly scrutinized mechanism for financing lawsuits.
