Having a healthy relationship with food is crucial to your health journey whether you're eating too much or you're eating too little. In this episode, I (Amanda) share about my past experience with an eating disorder that I had going into high school, how it affected my life, and how I overcame it. We also talk about some common dangerous effects of disordered eating and tips to help with recovery/supporting your body with the right nutrients.
