You’ve probably heard the saying, ‘There’s no time like the present.’ And it’s true. While we often get stuck dwelling on the past or worrying about the future, the present is where life actually happens. Every word of love spoken, every meal shared, every song enjoyed—all of it happens in the ‘now.’ The past and future are simply collections of moments we’ve lived or have yet to live.
