If ICE agents abandon poor conduct and adopt higher, disciplined, transparent professional standards, they would gain immediate support from both citizens and local law enforcement; yet, due to inadequate training and inconsistent practices, agents continue to undermine the professional image of law enforcement nationwide.
This episode is not to offer vitriol towards ICE agents. I am offering 10 suggestions for image and professional improvement.
