Most of us engage in some level of negative self-talk. This can influence our physical health, our mental health, and our relationships. Self-talk is something that is created in us, and by us. It is also created by the world around us, including the networks where we choose to live and be. In today’s episode we will be examining the three Ps – our past, our programming, and our personality – and the role these three things play in what we tell ourselves about ourselves. We will conclude each section with some positive steps to analyze and improve our self-talk so we can be of maximum value to ourselves and to the world.
