- Haggai 1:1–2:23: God rebukes Judah for neglecting His temple while paneling their own houses; obey and rebuild, then blessing comes.
- The Lord stirs Zerubbabel and Joshua; He will shake nations and make Zerubbabel His signet ring of restored favor.
- Psalm 147:7–11: Sing thanks to God who builds Jerusalem, gathers exiles, heals brokenhearted; He delights not in strength but in those who fear and hope in His steadfast love.
- Proverbs 30:20: An adulterous woman eats, wipes her mouth, and says, “I have done no wrong.”
- Revelation 15:1–8: Seven angels with seven final plagues appear; victorious saints sing the song of Moses and the Lamb by a sea of glass.
- Temple in heaven opens; angels receive bowls of wrath—no one may enter until the plagues are finished.
