Here is the cookie recipes if you want to make something to sell and raise money.

Tweety Cookies (aka Cowboy Cookies) for Camp Mystic:

• Ingredients:
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar (optional)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups Quaker Oats (old fashioned)
  • 6 oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream butter and sugars together.
  3. Add eggs and mix well.
  4. Add oatmeal, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract and mix until blended.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes. They will still look a little soft, but will continue to cook as they cool.
