Francisca Ajayi, originally from Nigeria is a recent graduate of the University of Calgary. She is passionate about sustainable community development and politics. With her degree in International Relations, she aspires to become one of the greatest diplomats and ambassadors the United Nations has ever seen. She also enjoys creative endeavours and volunteering.

In this episode, Francisca shares about being the first daughter, first child and grandchild in her Nigerian home, the joys and sense of responsibility that comes with it, and how she creates boundaries and prioritizes herself. We also discuss how the "first daughter effect" seeps into other areas of life like relationships and dating.
