Children in the neighborhood are saying this will be the best year for candy, almost every house will be hosting boozy Halloween parties, and Ms. Carrigan has had a big sign on her lawn all September that reads "Best Haunted House in the Neighborhood". This year's Halloween is going to be epic, but Donny Harlow, the President of the Mystery Club is at it again.
