The resulting theme: Modern great leaders need to keep making decisions even when the world changes very rapidly (as it does these days). Many leaders are tempted to take on a heroic role, pushing hard at the edge of knowledge. Heroism isn't sustainable. Instead, it's exhausting to the leader and everyone else.
