The 3rd Eye, the colour Indigo, the sound (from the system I work with) Mmmmm, the direction 2, the element of Mind… We find this major Chakra Point in the land in the Mountains of the Cape Peninsula on the face of Table Mountain. When I went to sing the healing song I wasn’t sure just where the centre spot was, so I went to a place I know well - an ancient place for Prayers by the Water on the Mountain, a place for Women’s Prayer Works. There I sat and sang. In scanning the face of the Mountain I found the central point of the Chakra along to my left, so I directed the song there and sang from there. Later Dean let me know I was spot of - that it is centred in the crack and trail called Platteklip.I remember when singing this Healing Song being told very clearly that this song is simply a base song, and is meant to be sung ontop of and together with… So here, more than ever, I invite you to put your inhabitions aside, to relax your critical mind and allow your voice to flow and create, and weave together with the feelings and imaaginal impulses that open in you while you are recieving this song. Turn the volume up loud so that you can really open, and dance the frequencies of Mind that co-create your living experience with your voice allowing both you ‘man mind’ and your 'woman mind’ to play and dance!
