Description

Starting off late and low energy, I show you my favorite affirmations that help me to regulate my nervous system and get me back to myself when I'm having a down day. We go through a list of twenty of my favorite affirmations and I say why I think each is useful and important. I also plug the Golden Bachelor which I've been loving to watch with my mom the past couple weeks. And of course, not episode is complete without me filling you guys in on my life and the latest updates of where my head is at as I figure everything out.
