What annoys you the most right now? Maybe a nagging boss, barking dogs, tedious tasks, aching joints, paying the never ending bills, reckless roommates... whatever it may be how do you recenter yourself and quiet the noise? Are you easily able to shift your focus to solutions and the positive parts of life or do you find it hard to divert your attention away from these things? It can be really hard to break our thought patterns, but with little tricks we implement and check ins with ourselves, we can change these patterns and ultimately our lives. This week I tell some stories that have shifted my perspective and how I continue to learn the power and importance of gratitude and presence.
