What is your perception of yourself? And how do you maintain it? Are there some parts of yourself that you choose to ignore? In this episode I talk about why that might be holding you back from being your most authentic free self, and how to redefine your self perception, as I am trying to do myself. I talk about my first experience with Reiki healing and meeting different people from different backgrounds on a yoga retreat I attended over the weekend. I also read some funny mean comments from my last instagram post. All in a rush before catching my ferry to head off to Greece for the next adventure.
