Robert Ford may currently call Houston Astros games on the radio, but he is a New Yorker who grew up rooting for the Mets and worked in the minor league organization. Ford worked with the Queens Kings, the predecessor to the Brooklyn Cyclones, and the Binghamton Mets with a few more stops along the way.
