Is:

1. Leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less.

2. It's shallow enough for a beginner to get started, it's deep enough for veterans to always have something to learn.

3. Example Setting

4. Leadership is about service to others, and a commitment to developing more servants as leaders. It involves co-creation of a commitment to creation.

5. Growth

Is not:

1. Having all the answers

2. Doing everything yourself

3. Replacement word for management

4. Based on what we know, but who we are

5. About IQ but, EQ
