In the aftermath of a catastrophic explosion, the survivors regroup amid the smouldering ruins of Yharnam’s factory district—only to discover that death was not the end for everyone. Pulled back from the dream by forces they barely understand, familiar faces return bearing memories of fire, pain, and unanswered questions. As grief, guilt, and suspicion simmer within the party, the line between salvation and damnation grows thinner by the minute.
With beasts drawn by the chaos and the city closing in around them, the hunters push toward the great bridge in search of allies. Along the way, strange symbols whisper promises of communion, unseen eyes watch from carved runes, and the truth of what it means to die—and come back—begins to weigh heavily on the group. When they finally reach the bridge to the Church District, opulence replaces ruin… but safety remains an illusion.
