Host Amanda DiVito sits down with Brian Saegar (Be Free Organizing & Move Management) to reveal a practical playbook for moves and decluttering. Starting 2–3 months ahead, Brian’s team works C → B → A spaces, runs a tabletop “conveyor belt” of like-items for rapid decisions, packs by theme, coordinates movers, then unpacks and organizes so clients are settled in a day. From seniors transitioning across care levels to teens who need a room reset, Brian shows how coaching—not judgment—turns “postponed decisions” into peaceful spaces. 🧘♀️📋
Topics Discussed 🔑
Clutter = postponed decisions. Make the call, then we execute. 🧠➡️🖐️
Start in C-spaces (garage, basement, attic) so living areas can breathe. 🧳🌬️
Four-hour shifts protect energy—especially for seniors. ⏱️❤️
Don’t make clients do math. Donations, recycling, specialists—handled. ➗🙅
Storage A/B/C keeps essentials accessible and headaches away. 🅰️🅱️🅲
Sometimes “free” beats “for sale.” Avoid paying for haul-away. 💸🛋️
Practical Tips You Can Use Today 🛠️
Sort by category at a table, not by walking room-to-room. 🪑📚
Create themed boxes: donate / recycle / relocate / keep-now / keep-later. 📦
For storage, put A up front, C in back, with clear aisle rows + labels. 🏷️
Book a quarterly reset to maintain, not restart.

Meet Amanda Broker Associate – Team Lead
When starting her career as a REALTOR® in May of 2003 at a young age, Amanda had already been in real estate half of her life working in the family business. She began by spending countless hours filing, making phone calls, and helping with paperwork alongside the man who would later become her mentor and business partner, her father, an industry leader himself of more than 30 years. After her initial introduction to the working world, Amanda went on to graduate from Colorado State University. With her diploma in hand and an internship spent almost entirely in a cubical, she decided to get her real estate license. Today, she is running the family business, DiVito Dream Makers, which is now consistently among one of the top producing RE/MAX Alliance teams in the Denver Metro Area and loving it! (Full Bio)
