- A solocast from Fliss where she begins to unpack the experience of social exhaustion whilst being a barber. This is a short episode but one that can be elaborated on further down the line.
- Fliss is not here to fluff things up, she's here to get real and speak truth. She's spent many years suppressing what she feels and believes, but no longer is she going to back down.
- She comes at this angle with love, she's doing it from a place of concern and care. She wishes to be a voice for others who haven't voiced what they wish to....yet.
- Social exhaustion is something Fliss experiences week to week as a Barber. She has a few tools up her sleeve to help her maintain her energy levels, but yet this still detriments her connection to her friends and family across the globe. Which she finds upsetting.
- P.S - It's ok, to say, "my job is detrimental to many aspects of my life". This is where Fliss comes in to help, especially after she's managed to go from hating her job and wanting to walk out, to now, being able to face each day with a genuine smile on her face and continue her future vision.
