In this week's episode, Faith attempts to unpack the term 'Shadow Work' used in the spiritual community and the ways in which it is being called of us at this time. With the North Node in Pisces, South Node in Virgo, the Chinese Zodiac Year of the Snake and being in year 9, the energies are calling for the collective to face their subconscious wounds and choose healing. Our shadows were developed by younger versions of ourselves as a means to protect ourselves and guard ourselves from the pain and suffering of the world. Now it is time to bring our shadows to our conscious awareness and start to intentionally reprogram and rewire the mindsets, patterns and behaviors we have developed as a result.
