We’re talking broke bitch tips too. As in, stop spending money on shit you don’t need and calling it self-care. I get into what being a real bad bitch actually means: showing up as your authentic self, not dragging old trauma, memories, or bad moments into new friendships, relationships, or your work-life balance. Growth looks a lot like learning to drop the emotional baggage at the door.
