Jennifer Diaz is a mindset coach for ambitious female entrepreneurs who fully believes that when women are in alignment with their worth and boldly pursue their dreams, incredible things can happen. After years of working as an Exercise Physiologist, she noticed how much mindset played a role in whether or not her clients were successful in reaching their goals. She also noticed how much it impacted their ability to thrive in all other areas of their lives. In 2011 she attending a conference and heard a behavioral psychologist speak on the power of mindset and coaching. It was at that moment she knew this was the path she was meant to take. Her coaching certification is based in positive psychology and she uses those techniques in her practice to impact women’s lives in massive ways. In her coaching business, she teaches her clients how to overcome limiting beliefs, step into their power, and increase their confidence so they can reach their ultimate potential and thrive in their business and personal lives. Over the last decade, she’s worked with hundreds of high-performing women, and has seen firsthand the most effective techniques and strategies that have helped them get out of their own way and reach their biggest goals.
