Born in Pakistan and academically trained in Botany, Urdu, and Philosophy, Bina Goindi represents a rare blend of science and literature. With nearly 60 science books to her credit — including Famous Muslim Scientists, Agri Encyclopedia, and World of the Plants — she has made remarkable contributions to children’s science education and academic writing.

At the same time, her literary works such as Sochti Ankhain, Jo Tum Na Dekha, Safar Nama Japan, Etney Dinoon Ka Baad, and her USA travelogue reflect her poetic depth and cultural insight.

She has represented Urdu literature internationally, speaking at global conferences and participating in international mushairas across Dubai, Canada, USA, India, Kuwait, and Qatar. Recipient of multiple literary awards including Best Poet of 2016 (USA) and Best Writer of Children Science Books (Japan), her journey bridges continents, disciplines, and generations.
