Happy 2022 everyone! This is the time of year again, where it's time to set those goals for the year. Anyone else out there hate setting goals? I know I do.
I like to joke that I'm a recovering perfectionist, but seriously it's a real problem. I hate setting goals because I can only set big ones, and I set really rigid goals too. If you've found this a struggle to find a balance between the two, I've got some tips and tricks for you today that you might not have heard before. So enjoy!
