At some point in our life, we have all experienced that little inner critic voice inside our head, telling us that we aren’t good enough, or we are not where we should be at this point in our lives. These thoughts can often pursue us to actually believing this is true and in turn, prevent us from taking opportunities or pursuing our goals because we simply don’t feel we are worthy enough.

In today’s podcast, we are going to be discussing where our negative thoughts come from, our own experiences of feeling like our life isn't good enough and identify some tools and strategies that we have used to help overcome these limiting beliefs.
