Kirk and Amelia interview our very own sound editor Nicole Strand, JD, MBE, MPH. @Nicolle_Strand is the Assistant Director for Research at the Center for Urban Bioethics at Temple University. Her work is on structural determinants of health, racism, health equity, advocacy, and culture change. We discuss critical race theory, the use of race in biomedical research and more.
