Lena & Kisha recap and discuss Insecure Season 4 Episode 5 - Lowkey Movin’ On. The Block Party is FINALLY here y’all! Issa is nervous, anxious, and excited, but determined to produce an enjoyable event showcasing Black Excellence - even if it is partially gentrified since the blacks only come out at night. Issa and her intern roll with the punches and effortlessly handle minor kinks that come up during the event...until Issa almost has to throw a few punches causing a huge commotion and forcing the crowd to scatter prematurely when salt-truck Molly decides the Block Party is the PERFECT time and place to dump out her grievances with Issa. All moms need a break, but a post-partum Tiffany may be enjoying her time away from baby Simone a little too much. Luckily “daddy” Derek takes one for the team and holds baby girl down. Meanwhile, Kelli “poshes” it up on this side of the pond with a new boo that can only be described as the tall black male version of a dumb blonde. This episode was full of drama and laughs! But it left us wondering one thing: Where tf was Lawrence?!
