This week on Brews & Cruise I have someone who literally brews their own beer - Cory Lieske - who is also part of the Winona Area Homebrewers Club stops by the Speakeasy Studio and brings some goodies along with him. Cory brought two of his favorite beers that he brews himself, one of which has won him multiple awards at the Winona Craft Beer Tour. Cory talks on the brewing process and schools us on some knowledge about the different hops used in beers. Also, Cory discusses what he loves to nerd out on, Dungeons and Dragons.
