We were very fortunate to speak with the commissioner of The Greater Philadelphia Flag Football League. Chris Scott Jr shared with us his role as the 1st black commissioner and what it meant to him and how the league was formed. Plus, so many different topics of conversation that made for a very delightful hour. The 12th season is almost underway and the league has not stopped growing.
