Whether you are working at the frontline level or progressing to a managerial level, your years of commitment should remain the same. As leaders we need to either find a way to motivate those who may no longer have the spark or help them to transition elsewhere. We must recognize and not ignore the cause and effect of an ineffective leader as this may impact everyone in your organization. Avoid the cruise control mentality as time progresses. Continue to develop your skill sets and make room for yourself and others. Educate those around you, Create an environment around you where training and development becomes the standard.
