Transparency and trust are intrinsically connected in order for an organization to succeed. As leaders or new entrepreneurs, we are often on a journey that we ourselves are often unsure of the outcome. But, how much information should you relay to those that are following you? How important is transparency in leadership if others are required to follow you, invest their time, energy and finances to your organization?
