Dr, Debbie Felton is the author of Haunted Greece and Rome: Ghost Stories from Classical Antiquity . She has a PHD in Classics and an MA in Greek from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. She also has a BA in English and Latin from UCLA. She has taught at UMass since 1999. She has served as Associate Review Editor for the Journal of the Fantastic in the Arts. She has also been editor of the journal Preternature: Critical and Historical Studies on the Preternatural.
