Description

Ken Walker is an award-winning taxidermist who is famous for recreating extinct animals.

Six years ago, he decided to take on another legendary animal/creature. Sasquatch.

Walker studied the Roger Patterson film which had been shot in Northern California in 1967. In the short film, an alleged female Bigfoot can be seen crossing an open space near Bluff Creek. The film has undergone scrutiny from debunkers and those wishing to authenticate it.

Walker believed the footage was real and wanted to recreate the creature.

He tried to get funding for the project but had trouble doing so. A filmmaker interested in taxidermy offered to help finance and film Walker as he built his project.

The film, Big Fur, can be streamed on Amazon and other services.
