At the age of 26, Rena Greenberg had a heart attack. During a three week stay in a hospital, she received a pacemaker. But that wasn't the end of her health issues. In addition, she was diabetic, had chronic fatigue and was overweight.
Upon leaving the hospital. She decided to make some lifestyle changes and began researching ways to eat better and improve her overall health.
She learned how to make self-care a top priority. Greenberg also learned how to eat fresh unprocessed foods and eliminate cravings for foods like sugar and carbs. She also believes in keeping both mind and body balanced and in keeping active.
Her goal is to help people live as healthy a life as possible and that includes being pain free.
Greenberg works with clients utilizing hypnotherapy and coaching sessions.
She has been featured in more than 150 news segments and articles in publications including Woman’s World Magazine, USA Today, FOX, Good Morning America, CNN, The Doctor's Show, and ABC Nightline. She even has had her own show on PBS.
