Ric Mixter is a shipwreck researcher who has appeared on the Discovery channel and the History Channel. He has also appeared on the History Channel and produced programs for the Outdoor Channel and PBS. He has also appeared on numerous other shows. As a diver, Mixter has explored the shipwrecks of the Great Lakes. The most famous being the Edmund Fitzgerald.
He is also a journalist, author, and private pilot.
