Alex “Hitch” Hitchens (Will Smith) has found success discreetly helping bashful bachelors find true love in New York City. Albert Brennaman (Kevin James), a sweet but hapless accountant with his heart set on “out-of-his-league” celebrity heiress Allegra Cole (Amber Valletta), may be his biggest challenge yet.
