This is a special episode of the Chasing Thoughts podcast where we conduct a live coaching session. Over the last few episodes we have briefly touched on both ethical marketing and coaching practices. So, we decided to demonstrate what a coaching session would look like. Keith had an obstacle he was facing and Mindy volunteered to coach him through this.
The most important thing between the coach and the client is trust. Without trust the conversation cannot get to the levels it needs too. Keith and Mindy have built up a strong level of trust over the last few years, so they are able to dive right into a deep level of vulnerability. In normal circumstances, that trust must be built.
