“If you could go back to your twenties what would be that one piece of advice that you would want to give your younger self?” I asked Arina
“Life is a constant process of waking up from a dream in a way, your hands and feet are extension of your brain, nervous system, nerve endings in your finger tips that help you navigate and figure out your experiences if its dangerous or safe and as we learn things we become more woke and this constant accelerating learning is key for the pros of waking up. You should focus on your external environment but if you are not taking care of tour internal environment things will be out of sync and eventually the environment’s going to get you. Learn things like reading, meditation, be conscious about what you eat, how you use energy from your environment, support what you do in a sustainable way.” Replied Arina
