We are here! Season 4 finale!!! If you are new to the pod, then welcome. Whenever the podcast ends on a season the podcast takes a 1-2 week break to prepare a bigger and better next season. Season 4 theme was all about listening to understand. T brought on special guest Kameesha to share her story of finding out a tough truth that she kept to herself and when she shared the truth no one could understood the pain she was dealing with. Kameesha was an old pod team member and her trauma is something that affected her involvement with the podcast. It is so beautiful to see Kameesha come out of the dark space she was once in. Hopefully her story can help others come to a better grasps with their harsh truths.
