This episode Ben, Morgan, and Andy chat about modern day customer service realities. We chat big box, e-commerce, and small town stores. Good customer service maybe a thing of the past, as most businesses have traded it for profitability. We long for the past though, where you could pick up the phone and actually talk to someone who is standing in the business you want to chat with. Do those places still exist? We think so and we think they are making a comeback!
