In this week’s podcast, John and Bryan sit down with Kris Radermacher aka Klear2Klose with Kris powered by Lincoln Lending Group, where she has held the role of Sales Manager/ Mortgage Loan Originator for the past 1.3 years.
Kris has seen much success in her short time in her Kareer as an originator. She started originating in 2018 after spending 11 years on the back end of the mortgage process. Klosing 2.3 million in 2018, 7.8 million in 2019, and 19.33 million in 2020. Kris talks to the men about her great success and how she got to where she is today.
Starting with no Kontacts, Kris pitched renovation loans by Kold Kalling agents she found on Zillow. With a motto based on the idea of showing Klients you care for them and their best interest in mind, rather than a focus on the money. Kris describes how she grew her business significantly in just 3 short years.
Kris emphasizes that another key to the success of her business is that she is not afraid to try any loan product that is offered. She also talks about her most effective networking techniques, like joining virtually every mortgage loan originator group and Facebook group. This has led to her being blessed with meeting lots of real estate agents, business professionals, and reaching those even out of state.
Kris goes on to discuss her goals for 2021 and her plans to grow her team. She tells the men how she is a huge fan of generating leads through social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. The key to her business is she gets to know her referral partners and Klients on a more personal level by building friendships with them over social events, like lunch or happy hours.
Lastly, Kris shares that she strongly believes in setting goals that are achievable and reassures listeners that starting her loan origination journey was not easy. However, she goes on to explain that as long as you Kontinue to persist in the face of hardship, you will ultimately succeed.
