You are a senior in high school—you are curvy, flirty, and vivacious. Every conversation is what is your body count? Meaning sexual partners. When you tell people zero, you are looked at oddly, left out of conversations, and you feel like an outcast sometimes. It doesn't mean you are not solid in deciding to wait to have sex it just makes your conversations with your peers feel awkward. Some shun you because they think they can't be as open and some say what are you waiting for just get it over with. That is what it is like for my daughter a senior in high school who decided to keep that part of her life sacred until she found the right person to share it with.
