In this week's episode we get to hear from USF’s new Head Football Coach Jim Glowgoski (Coach Glo) along with new Assistant Head Coach Lucas Lueders. Coach Glo was hired in December of 2022, and since then has been working hard to establish strong values and practices within the team. We hear about why he chose Coach Lueders as his Assistant Head Coach, as well as how the two of them plan to go about recruiting, establishing new standards for the team, and the motto for the 2023 season, #BuiltDifferent. Coach Glo says, “You have to be willing to do things you haven’t done before if you want a different result”. Both coaches dive deeper into what this motto really means for the team and the entire coaching staff. They touch on how unique Sioux Falls is, both as a community and university. Coach Glo and Coach Lueders share with us their strong values, explaining how things you learn on the field translate directly to your life after sports. In this interview we have the opportunity to learn about who they are as both coaches and people. Listen to this week's episode to hear from Coach Glo and Coach Lueders on how they are planning to put their own stamp here at USF on the winning culture that is Coo football.
