This week we get to hear all about the USF swim team from head coach, Chris Hamstra, assistant coach, Anna Moore, and freshman swimmer, Alessia Moro. Alessia is an international student from Trieste, Italy. She talks about the team culture and how the girls support each other in and out of the pool. The coaches talk about swim strategies for things like training, tapering, and avoiding burn-out. They also go into depth about Championship meets and standout swimmers.
