On today's episode we discuss the bruises we hide. We often camaflauge ourselves when we don't have the space to process when we've been hurt. So, we go about our lives and use anger, illusions of grandier and silence to prove that we have healed and moved on from that traumatic experience.
We will learn how to process those feelings so that we no longer store that energy of pain, heal and stop covering our brusies. You are also your safe space.
