Prompting warning labels about peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and more on packaged foods and restaurant menus. It’s great that awareness is growing – but so is the problem. Food allergies increased by 50% between 2007 and 2021, according to the Centers for Disease Control. Why are food allergies exploding in kids today, and what can we do about it?
