During my time on the Therapeutic Community in Prison, I had to refrain from listening to certain music as I felt the demon stir inside. Eventually I started to drip feed myself certain music so that i could listen and not let my behaviour be dictated by it as i was conditioned to act or be a certain way when I heard it.
